Windsor Hills Resort- 302

We recently stayed at this Condo as part of a family trip, 3 Condo’s all very close together (same owner). Had an amazing time. The Condo had so much space and everything we needed and more.
The facilities on site were brilliant, the children loved the swimming pool and splash pool.
Really close to Disney and lots of restaurants etc nearby.
Would highly recommend and would definitely use again.
Communication was amazing, instant reply and anything we needed was sorted the same day.

Basketball tournament at ESPN complex. The unit was clean, the community had all inclusive activities for all. The unit was in great condition and friendly staff. Loved the check in and check out process, very easy to follow.

We had just a wonderful vacation at Windsor Hills and loved the condo we stayed in. It was just as described; very clean, close to the water park, and provided everything we needed for a great stay.

My family and I loved this little home away from home! The layout of it was great and my kids loved all the Disney photos hung on the walls. The property was very clean and tidy. The drive to the parks was easy and minimal, 10-15 min drive at most! We will be back for sure!

It could have been cleaner. Hair in the tub and crumbs on the chairs and table when we arrived. Noisy, depending on who is above or beside you. You can hear everything. No extra toilet paper or essentials ie, dish soap, dish washer pods, paper towels. Etc

This is a decent property in a nice location. It has been renovated so the appearance is good but there are few things that can be done to improve. The lighting in the living room is very low where as the dining is super bright with 6 led bulbs and the lighting is a mix of day light and soft light. Some of the switches have loose connection and so the bulbs flicker.

There was a sewage odor in the master bath tub when the shower was on. The pots and pans seem to be worn out and dishwasher is not drying effectively even with the drying agent tabs.
There are plenty of towels but having a few usable items would have been helpful such as toilet rolls (additional), paper towel roll, trash bags, dishwasher tabs, hand soaps and dish soap. These would altogether costs less than $10 for the shot Guests arranging these small items themselves would be inconvenience especially for some one like us who flew into the city and the items are available in bill for purchase.
The pool area is great.

Overall, the condo was great. It would be nice to have a few paper towels, an extra roll of toilet paper, a disposable dish cloth and a few napkins in the condo. All quite basic things we needed to go out to purchase.

This was a great place to stay. The owner was very responsive and helpful. Clean and very convenient to Disney parks and a Walmart very close by.

This rental was clean and delightful to stay in. It is very close to the Disney parks. We have always enjoyed staying at Windsor Hills Resorts.

Excellent place, very bein located very close to restaurants, supermarkets and Disney park. Very nice condo facilities and my kids really enjoyed the water park.

The property is very nice and newly renovated. We been staying since 2010 at windsor hills with the same owner and loved that the place is close to all the parks and there are lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Its our home away from home place to stay. The place is fully renovated. The only downfall housekeeping could do a more thorough cleaning especially with Covid going on. The bedsheets, shower curtain and bathroom rugs looks like it was use by the previous renters. so we had to rewash all of them before using it. The moment we enter the master bathroom is smells dingy and dirty. Other than that the resort is awesome.

Clean, close and spacious

The property was sufficient for our stay. However, it does an a update. The kitchen faucet was rusted. The shower appeared to be dirty, I believe from years of use instead. The pool was nice but way too crowded! The subdivision has too many homes for 1 pool. Great area , close to Disney !

We stayed here for our trip to Disneyworld. It was nice and clean but I have a few complaints. The condo has a smell, to me, it smelled like strong toilet bowl cleaner throughout the whole place. My wife is pregnant so it was bothersome to her during our stay. Once we made it home all of our belongings had the smell. We've had to rewash all clean clothing because the smell just wasn't going away. The bedroom TVs are very small and the master bed is FIRM! Besides that, we did enjoy staying at the condo.

Another great stay with Vacation Central Florida. Our room was perfect with comfortable beds. Love the living room furniture, too. I also want to give a shout out to having some kids dishes, bowls, and cups. I hate when your only option for cereal is a breakable, heavy, white bowl.

The disney art everywhere was a great touch to start the trip. Very clean, great amenities, lots of instructions to help.
