The townhouse was absolutely amazing! It was very welcoming and we felt like we were at home. The private pool was extremely nice, and the resort amenities were also a lot of fun. We would stay at this rental again in the future, and look forward to doing it again.

As always everything was great.

My family spent a week at this property, and would go back in a heartbeat. Each of the 3 bedrooms has it's own bathroom, which made heading out in the morning so much easier. The living area with its high ceiling is actually larger than it looks in pictures. The kitchen was well equipped. We loved the screened in dip pool, and used it more than I thought we would. The bedrooms were good size with lots of closet space and comfy beds. They did not supply any hangers. The resort has an amazing pool with water slides. The owners were easy to work with, and responded quickly to emails. This unit was very clean, and in good repair.

We had beautiful experience and spent great time at the condo. It is very cozy and great for families. My kids enjoyed a lot ,specially the swimming pool right in the backyard. It is very close to all shopping and Disney parks. We really enjoyed a lot. We are already planning to come back again.

This was the second time I've stayed in this lovely town home. It is very spacious, clean, and very accommodating. Never had to call maintenance for anything. The pricing is very affordable. We are already planning our vacation for next year!! I already know where I'm staying ??! Thanks Dave for such a lovely villa!!

We stayed in this town home for 4 nights and 5 days. It is in a very secure community with a manned guard gate. The residence is within walking distance to the amenities center where there is a wonderful pool, hot tub, game room, theater and sundries shop. And very soon a brand new splash area and additional slides will open in the pool complex. The community is quiet and peaceful and our town home was very quiet as well. We never heard our neighbors even though we know they were home. The town home itself was very clean and well appointed. There was nothing that we needed that was missing. There is a brand new gigantic Walmart about a mile from the town home so anything you need can be purchased there if you choose not to bring your own from home. The pool on the back deck was an added bonus after hot days in the parks. It is so convenient to have it right outside your back door if the kids want a quick swim before breakfast or dinner! Each bedroom is decorated tastefully and there are Disney accessories throughout the home. One bedroom and bath is completely decorated with Mickey which was a big hit! Each bedroom, one downstairs and two upstairs, has it's own adjoining bath. The owners and the rental company were very professional and communicated regularly. I can't say one bad thing about the whole vacation. In fact, we would rent from them again without hesitation!

This was our second stay in 2526 and it was as excellent as last time. Perfect location. Nice and quiet. Fully equipped. What more can we say other than we will be returning here again! Thanks!!!!

This is a well-appointed townhouse that gave us gobs of room. We really enjoyed the private pool off our family room. Three full baths was a real plus, too. The community is ultra safe, clean & friendly with a clubhouse and little shop, which I wish I had visited right away instead of traipsing to Walmart.

Beautiful house in a great community! We felt very safe. The location was amazing 10 min away from any park absolutely amazing!

We really enjoyed our stay in the townhouse. Having the splash pool right outside the door was great for the kids. We paid for heat and it was nice and toasty most days. The kids loved the mickey mouse room and the setup allowed me (the grandma) to have my own space with bathroom downstairs, while parents and grandkids stayed upstairs. Last year my daughter was in a condo with the same owner-both have been very clean and well decorated. Keep up the good work!!!

This was an amazing place to stay. It was great to have a place to come to after long days at Disney and Universal that felt like home. Will definitely be looking to stay again when we return in the future!

We just completed a two week stay at this vacation rental. There were 4 adults and 2 kids and lots of space for all. 3 bedroom, 3 bath was awesome. Location was about 10-15 minutes drive to Disney parks, maybe more depending on traffic, Main pool was heated to a comfortable temperature, beds and pillows were comfortable for us, property manager addressed us promptly, easy check in/checkout, safe and secure property. All in all, it was a great stay. It is so nice to have the space a condo provides. We splurged and spent one night at Animal Kingdom Lodge and the kids much preferred the condo pool (AKL pool was freezing!) and having their own space instead of being in a cramped hotel room. If you're looking to be close to Disney this is a great place.

Beautiful, Clean, Comfortible, and Affordable. My family loved the stay. Check in instructions arrived before we arrived, gate guard was helpful hand made our checkin easy. Great place for family!! Close to Disney world and stores conveniently close.. Having 3 bathrooms helped to ease everyone getting dressed on time and out the door. This is by far a GREAT PLACE for young children and teens. Truly appreciated the safety, amenities, peace, and quiet. If you are thinking about this one it's a definite YES.. the beds are comfortable..

Beautiful accommodations in a great location. Very affordable. Loved all of the kitchen utensils that made meal preparation easy, just like at home. The splash pool is an added bonus, relax after a long day at the park. Highly recommend- I will stay here again and have already told my friends about it.

The property is clean and nicely decorated for the entire family.Really appreciate the fact the house was equipped with house hold items needed to enjoy our stay. The kids enjoyed both the private pool as well as the clubhouse pool. We will be back!

Clean Well-maintained Keyless entry

Loved it! Perfect size for our family of 5. My oldest(16) loved the downstairs room with attached bath. My younger 2 (12,8) had no problem sharing the upstairs room And of course my husband and I loved the king size bed. We will definitely come back next year. The property is very well kept. As for the ammenities my kids used the pool and game room. Maybe next year we will have a relaxing day and use the waterslide too.

Condo was nice. Kids loved the condo. Comfortable beds and atmosphere. We had a very full week, wish we could have checked out other things on property. We are planning to return to Orlando again will definitely book here again if in town a week.

Ive enjoyed a lot, localization is perfect mainly in terms of disney The house is very good and has all itens that you need for a season. The employees of condominiun were great, polite. All information in terms of any about cond, they let everyone weel informed in advance....
