Richard Arms Unit 12

We were able to relax and walk to the beach which was so wonderful. My daughter and I had a great time together and we already recommended this property to another friend!

From accommodations to community vibe, the two weeks we spent in Cocoa Beach were delightful. Down the end of a quiet road steps from a wooden bridge that leads into the dunes, we loved our stay at unit 12 of the Richard Arms. Bright, spacious with a cool throwback retro chic thing along with all the modern creature comforts one would need. We were able to cook meals, hang out on the corner suit balcony, do laundry, walk easily to the supermarket, restaurants, local watering holes and then there's the beach. Even though we were there into Dec, it was still a tranquil walk, warm enough to wade into the water and enjoy miles of surf. Being slightly away from the hustle and bustle of the pier area was a bonus for us. Walking to town (10 min) was a joy as passers-by waved and said hello. I would recommend this location highly and will return to Cocoa Beach for another chillax stint. When we do, we'll likely book around the availability of this unit. A+

Perfect rental on the beach. Corner unit w extra light. The rental has all you need to be comfortable for a few nights stay. Quiet area but still close to everything. Beach is quiet as well.

This was our fourth visit to the Space Coast and our fourth stay at Richard Arms Unit 12. Outstanding get away after a action packed summer with two weddings. Looking forward to 2023.

I was pleasantly surprised at this rental. Renting a one bedroom condo for the first time, I wasn't sure what I would be getting. But, I found it to be "homey" and very comfortable. It was easy to find and close to everything - restaurants, sports bars, shops, groceries, and so forth. Kennedy Space Center was about 12 minutes away. It made for a wonderful time and I would be happy to stay again.

We love this little apartment. It was comfortable and homey. The access to the beach was great! We would stay there again. It was nice and quiet and relaxing.

This was our fourth visit to Richard Arms #12. It just keeps getting better. This unit is perfect for my wife and I, short walk to the beach, clean, simple and all of the essentials needed for a carefree vacation. We love the area for its friendly people, quietness and away from the hustle & bustle. The week blessed us with wonderful weather, solitude on the beach and plenty of smiling neighbors. Small, humble, clean and reasonably priced condo. There is not a pool, but you don’t need one because it is located right on the beach.

This was our third trip to this rental in less than a year. Thank you for another positive experience. The accommodations are perfectly located, clean and well cared for.

Our stay was wonderful, helped in part by the location to the beach. Everything was as described. Nice, quiet location with an amazing view from the living room.

The unit was well equipped and comfortable

Access was easy with key in a lockbox on the door handle. The apartment was clean and well equipped. Everything worked well. The condo appeared filled if parking is an indication but it was quiet and tranquil. Steps to the beach.

My wife and I loved our first stay at Unit 12 so much in June, we decided to return for a second visit in September. This location and is perfect for the two of us and the accommodations at unit 12 are clean and fully outfitted. All you would need for a great time at the beach is here, guaranteed!!

The location was amazing... and the place very comfortable... I'll recommend it !!!

The unit was clean, well stocked and had easy access to the beach in 2 minutes! It was convenient to go out to the beach at midnight to see a rocket launch. The unit was close to everything in Cocoa Beach and quick access to Cape Canaveral.

Great location! Right by the beach. Quiet, scenic street. Condo was quaint, cozy, and simple. Just right for me and daughter. Loved being in the corner unit away from everyone. Great price!
I wish it had a washer & dryer inside the unit. I would definitely stay there again.
