Our stay was good. The unit had a great view, quick access to the beach and gave us all we needed with nice setting to enjoy ourselves. Everything was good at the unit and the pool was nice and refreshing. The only little issue we had with the stay was the construction going on on another part of the facility outside our unit, but was not no big issue and didn’t stop us from having a good time. The Spanish Main is a nice and laid back place to relax with no hassles and would recommend it to others and will come back again myself.

We had a great stay at 4 Spanish Main - the video is an accurate depiction of the condo except it felt "bigger" than we expected. The living area and view were wonderful; the bedrooms were also very nice. Proximity to the beach is crazy close, and you can hear the surf from the patio easily. We liked the tile throughout the unit; the large/well-built kitchen table; the large number of Corelle dishes; the keyless entry; and having access to a garage (FYI: the garage unit numbers are written in very small print about eye level on the walls next to the doors!). When our travels again go to Cocoa Beach, we would definitely stay here again.

Stayed a Thursday to Sunday for a quick getaway. Perfect location to walk the beach to several bar/restaurants. Will definitely be back!

We stayed four nights after a cruise and enjoyed our time. The local manager was very responsive to our requests and we would definitely stay here again. The beaches are beautiful and Cocoa beach is a nice little town close to many attractions.

Couldn’t ask for more. #4 at Spanish Main offered the most magnificent views and proximity to the beach. The space was large and comfortable. Dave was an excellent host. Excited to spend more vacations there!

Right on the beach, updated and roomy! This unit was clean and easily accessible. The king size bed and sheets were heavenly. Nice kitchen with everything we needed. The door/key-less entry was wonderful...so easy!

We love visiting Spanish Main. The unit was great. And being able to book on such short notice for just one night was outstanding, we would book this unit again anytime.

First time visit to Cocoa Beach and what an amazing place to stay. Location was amazing close to everything weather you had to walk or dive. Found the condo spacious, very comfortable, well maintain and up to date. Lots of storage in the bedrooms for clothes and essentials. Pool and Sea use was easy to access. Would differently stay again and recommend to anyone. Thanks David for let us use your amazing condo.

Spanish Main unit 4 was wonderful. Great location in CocoaBeach plus wonderful ocean and beach views with excellent privacy for a first floor unit. Unit was in top quality and washer/ dryer inside was real plus.

Our unit was wonderful. Ground level and a walk out where you can see/hear the beach! We have loved going to Cocoa for the last couple of years and this years trip (last minute determined) was wonderful. We enjoyed relaxing on the deck - walking out to the beach - and enjoying the restaurants at the cape. You are within a short drive of a Publix if you wish to get groceries. The unit had everything we wanted.
