WOW! Updated Oceanfront, Pool Front Spanish Main Condo 45!

It was in a nice part of Cocoa Beach. It had a nice heated pool and quick access to the beach. The condo wasn't first class, but definitely worth the price. I would consider returning

This place did have a great view of the ocean. It did smell moldy when we first walked into the unit. It's nice that they had an elevator, fully stocked kitchen, pool/beach toys, chairs, and towels to use.

My granddaughter and her friend and myself had a wonderful time during our vacation. It was very clean and right on the beach. We found lots of shells, shopped at the stores and enjoyed great meals. The girls really loved going to the Pier a few miles down the road. Everything was pretty close with very short drives. We will definitely be back.

It was great to see the beach, ocean from the balcony and a short walk to get to the beach. The unit is on the 4th floor but there are elevators. Short drive to grocery store and everything in Cocoa Beach. There is a closet full of beach toys, umbrellas, beach towels, etc, so no need to bring those.

This was a perfect location, not congested but close to walkable restaurants and stores. The condo was very clean, view was great, and decorated nicely. It could definitely use a little updating, some things would be minor fixes, like paint touch ups and caulking around showers. It would have been nice if there was some literature in the unit about area restaurants and attractions. There wasn't a pen or pencil in the unit and it's the first time I've ever rented a place without so much as salt and pepper. I left a gift of salt, pepper and pens for the next folks! All in all, I would recommend a stay here.

Great view and location. Lots of great places to eat nearby. Not sure if queen mattress needs replaced or bed - but loud popping when anyone moves on right side.

All went well with our rental unit 45 at Spanish Main. The condo was clean and all ready for us at check in. Code was sent several times in emails, which was appreciated. we didn't have any complaints and the condo was accurate with the Vrbo listing. This unit wad comfortable and had plenty of towels. we loved the beach and very pleased with the grounds and walkway to the beach. There were beach chairs and umbrellas to use- which was a bonus. Mattresses could be better, but adequate for sleep. We would recommend this property and would stay her again.

Nice place to stay. Beds were not that comfortable, but I'm use to a king. Other than that a very nice place.

Was an excellent place for our family to enjoy the beach and pool for a few days. Fast response to helping us navigate internet and remote controls too. Highly recommend!

This was a great rental. Had beach chairs and umbrellas and coolers to use. And also boogie boards! Views were excellent and the kitchen was well stocked

Spanish Main 45 was Very clean. Stocked with dishes, towels and sheets. Couldn't have asked for a more pleasant vacation! Can't wait to come back .

Fantastic location right on the beach in Cocoa Beach. Every morning, we were able to walk right onto the beach directly from the pool area of the apartment. After the beach, there are showers at the pool area to clean off sand before taking a dive in the nicely heated pool. The apartment was stocked as advertised and we purchased our own additional items for the week's stay. Two bathrooms (one with tub-shower combo, and the other with just a shower). Plenty of towels and lots of pool and beach toys to use. There were even some beach chairs available.

We were able to view two nighttime rocket launches right on the boardwalk leading to the beach at the pool area. This was fantastic for the 200 AM launch!

on the down side, this apartment was advertised as a King Size bed, which it was NOT. This is a Queen Bed in the main bedroom (and the two twins in the other room). The sofa also converts into a bed (which we did not try.) The tile floors of the apartment had a film from the cleaning agent used. This needed to be wiped down because it was sticky to walk on.

great place, nice view, easy access to beach, close to everything, a short walk to beach and you can view Space Center launches.

Unit 45 was our home away from home for a week.

All you need is your bathing suits!!!

The condo was clean & nicely decorated, had everything we needed. The property is well managed, quiet and has great beach access. Elevator was close to unit for those unable to walk the stairs

Wonderful condo with ocean view. Close to the elevator with easy access to pool and beach boardwalk access. Nicely furnished. Overall, very enjoyable.

The views are incredible, love the location of the condo- right on the beach!
