Ocean Beach Villas Unit 302- Direct Oceanfront Condo!

Excellent ocean view. Everything was fine.

The unit is great. Love the building-private, spacious, great balcony. FYI-the picture is not the same furniture—different cushions. We have stayed here before in this unit-first time during high season. Had 2 cars and one night when all spaces taken and no where to park our other car (ended up paying at the Hilton after spending an hour trying to find overnight parking). You should let people know that parking is limited and only guarantee of spot in garage especially since unit sleeps 6. Also, last time we stayed here in this unit-one of the chaise lounges had a cracked frame and the garage opener did not work—both were still not fixed when we came back this time. They should be fixed. Other than those issues—place is great. We had family staying in a different building (no more units available at ocean beach villas), and they LOVED our unit and commented on the nice interior, private beach, great balcony and view.

The condo was very clean. The condo building is well-maintained. We had a great choice of streaming channels which was great for all of us. We had easy access to the beach and being on the third floor we had a wonderful view, including the space launches from our balcony. We especially liked this portion of Cocoa Beach because the beach was not crowded. I will rent this unit next year.

Awesome view, good mattress’, washer, dryer very helpful...quiet and intimate. Property manager, Kathy Voto, was AWESOME, and extremely helpful. Unfortunately, the furniture appeared to be from estate sales, and the vents/ducts were filthy, which left a moldy smell to the condo. Upon arrival, housekeeping had done a good job, however the moldy smell was very unpleasant during our entire stay. We would not rent this particular (302) condo again.

Again. A great stay. Our third time. Any issues we had was quickly resolved.

Booking the rental property was very easy. When we arrived at the rental property we felt that the outside could have used a little TLC. When we went inside, the property was what we had expected. We had a beautiful ocean front view. We were told to bring our own soap, laundry detergent, dish washer soap, and dishwasher liquid but to our surprise the rental company had some of each to start with. Cathy, from the rental agency was amazing. She was very responsive to all of our needs.

Very nice stay private beach condo in good shape, manager accommodated a special request in person. While there is nothing explicitly keeping others off the beach in the middle of summer we had just a hand full of "camps" in the immediate area. We setup 4 days all within a couple feet of the exact same place. A little R&R after busy week in Universal in Orlando perfect ending to wonderful trip.

Second time staying at this condo. A little outdated, but very clean and comfortable. Can't beat the location at the southern end of Cocoa Beach, fantastic beachfront view on wide, east facing balcony. Good A/C and wifi.

Absolutely amazing stay! Had a couple of issues but Cathy responded quickly to resolve!!! Will absolutely stay here again!!!

We had a very nice stay! We love the location! The view and private access to the beach is amazing! The unit was very clean, but it does need a couple of repairs. The master bed mattress and pillows need to be replaced too. Not a show stopper though. We would stay here again.

Condo was just as advertised. Clean, roomy, and a great view. Loved that the entire front of the condo (living room and master bed) had full views of the ocean. Quiet and uncrowded.

This is my second time staying at Ocean Beach Villas, I enjoy every minute that I am there. I had one tiny issue and Cathy, Property Management was there immediately to fix the problem.. I say don't hesitate to stay here. Beautiful, clean amazing place. I hope to come back and stay every year..

Family had a great stay. The view, proximity to the beach, and lack of large crowds were perfect. A few minor defects within the unit but nothing that affected our stay.

Really had a great experience staying at this rental. Only problems were small. Had a big spot on ceiling from roof leak. Hole in wall where some type of sensor was mounted at one time. Lamps missing light bulbs and some burned out. Called management and never fixed or heard anything from them. Bad lighting above sinks in bathrooms.

We had a great time and loved our room. It was our first time at cocoa beach and we will definitely come back. The room had a great view of the beach and was far enough away that the beach was never crowded.

Driving up to the condo I didn't think too much of it, as soon as I walked in the condo I was amazed at how nice and spacious it was, and the view of the ocean was awesome just as expected. We wanted to be away from all the business and noise and this place really was it! Definitely would go back again.

We Enjoyed watching the sunrise every morning from bed! We really enjoyed the ocean front balcony! It was very convenient having the washer and dryer right in the unit! Loved the location!! When we first arrived at the unit we could not get the TV to work and Cathy came right over and fix it for us, she was very helpful!

We loved everything about this stay and condo. The location was great as we were only steps away from the beach and the view is perfect. The condo was clean and well equipped. We have never had a rental that included a garage which was important when it rained and it is located next to the elevators which was great for loading and unloading the car.

Absolutely loved this rental. Comfortable, clean and quiet. Sitting on the balcony drinking coffee while looking over the I ran was priceless.

We were pleasantly surprised at the closeness to the beach and the views. What a great place to stay!

We found our rental clean and for the most part in good order. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the rental itself as I was in the area for training with my job.

Vacation was wonderful. The condo was clean and nice. However some maintenance needs to be done. I left a list at the unit when I left. I hope owner or manager was able to get the items fixed. Nothing major. The unit was clean and very comfortable.

Overall relaxing. Construction next door on another property started too early in the morning. Other than that it was a great stay. Nicely equipped with necessary supplies. Away from downtown. Will be coming back.

We were extremely pleased with how clean this condo was. With having a condo right on the beach there wasn’t any sand in the apt. We did the best we could to keep it clean also. The only problem we could find was a broken light fixture on the patio that I pointed out to the maint man. Such a beautiful place. Looked exactly like the pictures!!

Beautiful views. Perfect for morning coffee to watch the sunrise and a night walk on the beach. The condo was perfect for our weekend trip.

This was my first time renting a Florida condo, and a special trip for me, as it was a long time promised trip with a close family member. Everything was as clean and beautiful as the pictures show, and the total trip was as wonderful and as pleasant as we had hoped. We could walk in the surf of the ocean every day...we saw a rocket launch from KSC and did all of the local area things we had planned to do. The kitchen was well stocked with the essentials. The water in the baths and showers got as warm and hot as we needed. Sometimes the wi-fi could get a little clunky, but it seemed to get better as the week went on. We were able to see movies on Netflix easily...which was really all we needed in the evening. I was able to connect on a laptop with a radio station I need to schedule programming on daily, so overall...great. I would definitely recommend these folks to anyone and we plan on coming back again in the next year.

We loved this condo! We travel to Florida several times a year (not since Covid) to see our grandbabies. The views were spectacular and the condo was very comfortable. The only thing I found was the comforter in the main bedroom seemed dirty and was too big for the washing machine. Overall, the condo was spotless!

It was a Beautiful place and the sunrise every morning was gorgeous.The place was nice.We loved that it was on the third floor and we could look out to the ocean from all was a great vacation.Weather was Warm and was a great week for,sun,fun,surfing(waves were big)good food,New Years on the Casino Ship, Swimming in the pool and so much more.We will be back.

It was a pleasant stay. Lee, whom I called upon arrival was very short and seemed bothered that I told her about things that were broken (doorstop). I was going to continue however, she didn’t let me get a word in.
Daniel was accommodating but, didn’t respond to my wife about our feedback.
We would stay again, good communication is always a plus though.

Great condo, spacious and clean. Wonderful views and the soothing sound of the ocean to put you to sleep. Situated minutes from great dining and all the shops you need.

The condo was gorgeous, everything we expected, and more ! The view was breathtaking, to have coffee in the morning while watching the sunrise was awesome ! Very clean and comfortable. Bedding was great, location was perfectly central to restaurants and shopping. We definitely plan to stay there again !!

Very relaxing. Kitchen sink was coming unhooked, so I had to reset the clips to keep it from falling out. The Dryer was in bad condition. The lamps in the living room were in need of new shades and one had a large broken spot. In spite of these things, we really enjoyed staying there.

This is a lovely, sparkling clean condo with beautiful views of the ocean. Keep a sharp eye out and you too will see dolphins just off the coast. The bed in the master is comfortable (the only one we used) as is the furniture in the living room. The parking in the garage was convenient and we were happy to have an elevator. We didn't do much traveling around, preferring to enjoy the balcony and the beach, but this is a nice location with easy access to restaurants and shops if that is something that interests you. We are hoping to return later in the summer!

We enjoyed the unit. The view was amazing and will probably be back if available. The washer and dryer is the only real negative. Dryer makes a banging noise and the washer gets out of balance semi easily.
