Windsor Hills Resort- 7682 Sir Kaufmann

We recently stayed here with our family of 6, and we had a great time! This townhouse was everything we wanted and checked all boxes. The unit was super clean, beds were really comfy and the pool is an added bonus. I also really appreciated the added security features surrounding the pool use, as a mom of small children.
We have stayed at Windsor hills for years and this has been one of the best units we have rented.

We had such an amazing time, the house was clean, management was friendly and responded right away If I had a question. Very spacious, will definitely be back on our next trip to Florida.

When we have an extended visit planned, we always go with Vacation Central Florida. 5 star amenities and location for a decent price! The owner is very easy to get in touch with and friendly.

We just got home from five days at Windsor Hills and we’re so thankful for this place. We booked late and I couldn’t recall what I even booked, after seeing so many. We were pleasantly surprised. A 3/3, two beds and baths are upstairs which kept the kids on the same floor as us with quick access to potty. The king mattress was very, very comfortable after long days around town. The kids Nemo room they excitedly shared and the trundle mattress we pulled out so if anyone rolled off, they’d land on the bed. The WH resort property is excellent for the water park and you could enjoy a whole stay just with the amenities here, alone. The zero entry pool was perfect for our 3 and 6 year old and they loved the splash pad. The pool at the house was great, too, but they were too enamored with the main park most days. The location is in the back, but only about a 5-7 minute walk to the pool area. The unit itself could use some minor maintenance, but nothing at all that inhibited our stay. Our kids are already asking to come back!

We have stayed in several units and this was one of the best. Beds are very comfortable after long days at Disney.

We enjoyed our stay at Windsor hills. Our kids loved the Nemo themed room and all the resort amenities. Can’t wait to return again.

windsor hills has become part of my family vacation it’s home away from home we have been vacationing since 2015 we would go every year for 3 weeks during the pandemic we didn’t go due to covid but miss florida dearly we decided we were going back in 2023 and it felt like home it was good to see some of security guards who we knew and remember us our town house was clean beautiful it was an amazing trip walmart is right down the block you can pick up everything you need and you can’t beat the prices for a town house 3 bedroom 3 bathrooms private pool hotels are nice but not as spacious and a hotel cannot give that home feeling can’t wait to see windsor hills next year my children did not want to leave

We had a great stay at this unit. Everything was clean and in working order. It’s not as updated as some other units in Windsor Hills, but it works great if your goal is comfort, space and location close to the fun of Orlando. We would return again anytime.

All in all a great experience. Clean and roomy. Quiet. Staff was responsive. The only negative was the gate staff. The theee we dealt with were sullen and dismissive. They could use a smile and some basic manner training to work with people. Seemed they were inconvenienced by the guests. That was not a big issue, just annoying. The rental was great. The location superb. We will come again

We have stayed here many times but not this particular townhome. It was very clean and well maintained. Spectacular customer service when we addressed the refrigerator not working properly and was replaced with a new one in a very timely manner. Thanks Ana!...Love this resort and the very convenient location to the parks. Our Go To every visit!

This is a great property! We booked it very last minute and was so glad it was available. Quick side note the reason for late booking was due to another unit double booking us and leaving us without a place to stay for 5 days. The 1 Mickey Pool home was the one we originally booked, but when we arrived there was already people staying there. The owner never told us and when we tried to contact him his response was that there was property damage and we couldn’t stay there. This was a total lie. I’m only mentioning this in case you view that property as well. Don’t stay there! Stay at this wonderful place instead! It was clean, comfortable and so nice to have your own splash pool in addition to the larger pool on site. My only recommendation is that I wish there was an ice maker in the freezer (maybe there could be ice cube trays so you could at least make your own?) It also would be nice to supply a small dish soap, wash rag or sponge, and a roll of paper towels. These are minor things and overall my family of 5 really enjoyed our stay. The amenities on site were great and the location was perfect so close to Disney. Would definitely stay there again!

I TOOK MY 2 14 YEAR OLD GRANDSONS TO DISNEY AND WE STAYED HERE! I THOUGHT THE NEMO ROOM WOULD BE AN ISSUE BUT THEY ACTUALLY FOUGHT OVER STAYING IIN THAT ROOM! THE RECREATIONAL AREA WAS FABULOUS AND THE WALMART WAS RIGHT DOWN THE STREET AND YOU CAN BUY ALL YOU “DISNEY” CLOTHES AND SOUVENIRS RIGHT THERE!!! IT WAS MARCH AND THE A LITTLE CHILLY SO WE DIDN’T GET MUCH USE OF THE POOL IN THE BACK BECAUSE IT DOESN’T HAVE A HEATER, BUT THAT DIDN’T BOTHER US AT ALL BECAUSE OF THE LARGE RECREATION AREA A WALK AWAY! LITERALLY 10 MINUTES TO DISNEY! WE TOOK UBER AND SAVED ON DISNEY PARKING. IT IS A GATED COMMUNITY SO YOU FEEL VERY SAFE.

We really enjoyed staying here. It was close to everything. Although it was clearly stated that there was only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one garbage bag, it was not enough for our 7 day stay with 5 guests. That was my only ‘complaint’ as the I think a few more garbage bags should be left for people staying more than a weekend. It was clean and welcoming. Would stay again.. and plan on it.
