The townhouse is very clean, very cozy and communication with the owner was perfect and fast. A lot of accessories available in the townhouse, beds are very comfortable, the pool was also very clean. I will rent this townhouse again anytime.

When I arrive to our rental location I was please with the location to start with, the house was clean, the area was very nice and quiet. My contact person Kara, was absolutely awesome from the start of booking my stay until the day I left. My stay was extremely comfortable I would highly recommend VCF for all your rental needs. The only complaint the master bed was no so comfortable.

This condo was perfect for our needs - everything was in good working order. We really enjoyed this quiet end unit with plenty of space to relax at the end of a long park day. It was super convenient to all Disney parks and not a bad drive to Universal. The bath towels provided were very nice, smelled great, and were plentiful. There was also many beach towels available too. The only odd thing about the rental was that we were never provided any check out instructions. Not a big deal, just odd. We would certainly stay here again when coming to Orlando.

Second time staying in this townhouse. Always clean and have never had any issues. Kara Is always so pleasant and answers all of your questions. She has taken care of my family both times we have stayed.

Overall we had a great stay and the property was just what we needed. I do have a couple suggestions for the kitchen. It was missing a water pitcher (I wanted to make ice tea but had nothing to put it in), a pizza pan, and a pizza cutter. These are just a couple minor details which would have been nice to have.

We stayed this past week for our sons soccer tournament. It’s about 3 miles from Disney’s ESPN WW of sports. Close to many restaurants and shopping. Very clean 3 bedroom 3 bath. The kitchen is a bit outdated but fully functional. The upstairs stairs are a bit steep, but fine. The pool locks were 100% safe. I have a special needs child and would feel 100 percent comfy with her being there. Alarms on doors going in and out of pool area.

Lovely home overall. Very disappointed with some maintenance issues coming into the home: clogged master bathtub, clogged sink. The master bed was extremely uncomfortable and very old, squeaky and gave me the worse back aches. Did not enjoy my sleep. Home did not come with any hangers either so I called for some to be brought in. Out of my entire experience, Kara, the Director of Guest Relations was AMAZING! She answered my calls promptly, after hours and she came to my rescue quickly!! I work in hospitality and she is the epitome of excellence in service. Thank you Kara!

Good location. Kids had fun at the resort pool and slides. We didn’t spend much time in the resort but it was accommodating.

Another great stay at Windsor! The townhouse was clean, kitchen well supplied, linens nice. The townhouse is located at the end with very good location regarding the afternoon/evening sun vs the pool.
Appliances are a bit dated, but they work just fine, so other than appearance there are no issues.
Owner is very easy to work with and answers any questions is a timely manner.
Very happy with our stay, and with Windsor Resort.

The townhouse was clean and had ample space for our family. The only complaint I have is that there are a few loose bricks by the pool that should be repaired quickly as it could lead to a pretty hard fall. Other than that we loved the spot!

Cleanest unit we've had at Windsor Hills. Very comfortable and perfect for spending time with family. Kara was especially helpful and very responsive in responding to questions and fulfilling our needs

This is our 3rd stay with VCF and it was wonderful as usual. The townhouse was fully stocked and in great shape. Their team was wonderful with a very small issue (DVD didn't work) that we had while we were there and so quick at fixing. They are one company that I always recommend when someone needs a place to stay in that area. Additionally, there were several additions (puzzles, large dvd collection, books and games) to while away the hours as well as the pool which was used regularly. The only things that I would caution about are that the tub ledges and beds are very high so if you are short this could be a problem. Overall, this was a tremendous place to stay with incredible staff standing by to help with any issue.

Even though our stay was short, we enjoyed our stay there. Very nice and clean kids enjoyed the pool. Felt very comfortable!

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at the property. It was clean, in a good location and the condo complex is very nice. The only complaints I have is that the maintenance could be improved. There were broken items from past renters stuffed in closets, a broken shower handle, broken sink disposal, vacuum with wires exposed and a few other items that could be maintained better. I contacted the owner who was always quick to reply, but the site contact who was supposed to come by never did. Overall still a good place and we enjoyed our stay.

The house was clean and updated. I loved that the house backs up to a big court yard. It was very easy to book wirh the new app. I would book this house again.

Townhome was very spacious and clean. Beds were comfy. Townhome had extra towels, pool towels and sheets and a Pack n play and high chair. They gave us a starter pack of dish detergent for dishwasher and detergent for washer. But bring your own if you plan on doing more washing along with paper towels. Had 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Pool and arcade was awesome for our kids. Great location for theme parks. Food and shopping are just 1 minute down the road. Host can be reach quickly and is accommodating. Great place to stay!
