3800 Ocean Blvd Luxury 501- Direct Oceanfront Condo!

The Oceanfront condo was in a great location. It had the right number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and there was easy access to the unit, parking garage, and boardwalk to the beach.

There were a couple of minor issues within the unit, but nothing would prevent us from renting here again.

Enjoyed the balcony.

Centrally located in a small but wonderful complex. Top floor ocean front unit with a large balcony that will talk any and all stresses away. The view from inside the unit is pretty spectacular with all the ocean facing glass. The unit had everything we needed from household items to beach gear, and was very comfortable. Added bonus in July, parking within the enclosed parking garage under the building. A nice plus when hot or raining. This was our second stay and already looking forward to our next stay!

It was amazing beautiful spacious clean and the beach views from the balcony was a dream come true. I loved it!!!

We loved staying at 501 Ocean Beach Condo. We have stayed there on 5 different occassions. We appreciate the size and location of the property. Also love the parking.
The pool is ridiculously small but we love the beach so it is not a problem for us.
The furniture is not in good shape - very dirty couch which should be cleaned or replaced. The little pineapple lamp is on its last leg. The dining room chairs have many loose legs. Outdoor couch is dirty and the furniture is large. The entertainment center has many broken parts.
With that being said, it is still a great place to stay.

This is our 3rd stay over the last 4 years. We fell in love immediately with wraparound ocean view porch (perfect for a midday nap!). The kitchen is large and great for a long stay for our family of five.
The bedrooms are lovely and it’s just a quick hop over a dune on a private boardwalk to the beach.
My only comment is the master en-suite bath has only a half wall to separate it from the bed (a king!) and i do wish there was a area rug for the living room and not just under the dining table.
We definitely will be back again next year!!

We (a couple of girlfriends and I) in December, unfortunately during a bad storm - we had four days of high winds and rain, making it impossible to use that amazing balcony. The last two days of our stay WERE sunny, and we took full use of it - just amazing views from it.

We stayed in this condo about 7 years ago, and found it not quite as well taken care of as previously. After one day of dirty feet, we wore shoes/flip flops for the remainder of our stay. No guides on how to use the TV; a dead bug above the coffee pot, a bathtub that wouldn’t drain. Still, the condo is lovely and comfortable - just needs a little more tender loving care, we think. And did I mention that balcony??!! We LOVE that balcony.

The condo is in a great location, great view of the ocean, and well stocked. I did not enjoy dealing with the rental management company, but otherwise we had a great stay.

Spacious living spaces with an amazing balcony and ocean view. Location is convenient to a variety of restaurants and grocery stores.

Had a wonderful experience here. The condo is much bigger than you can see in the pictures. It is in a great location and has a wonderful view. Good price.
Would definitely stay here again.

Great space for enjoying the ocean air.

This was the most relaxing trip. You can't help but to relax when you are on that wonderful balcony.

The beachfront condo was luxurious with a wonderful view of the launch facilities at Cape Canaveral and, of course, the beach. Bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, library, laundry, and spacious balcony were perfect. Two parking spaces in the garage was great. Hope it is available next August for our return to Coco!

Positives:
The location is awesome! Hard to beat. The underground Parking was great. The size of the unit is spacious and the views were amazing. Great washer and dryer as well. The porch is large with plenty of seating... unbeatable.

Negatives:
Everything inside seems dated and old. Needs new sheets, furniture, fixtures, etc. It has inflatable mattresses but they have holes. The unit has beach chairs and body boards which are broken or rusty. Most dishes seemed clean but others were suspect. The unit is in need of some serious TLC. Because of this, you don't come away with a super clean feeling. With a new face lift, the unit can be spectacular.

Nice condo with amazing views. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us. They had lots of sand toys and chairs. It was very nicely decorated. The location was great. Near many good restaurants and grocery stores. The condo needs some attention as furniture in the living room was stained and the pans in the kitchen are virtually unusable due to rust and peeling coating.

What a great unit. 2nd time in this unit. Nothing disappoints. Plenty of room for everyone to hang out or relax alone. Even booked again for next year.

Loved the condo. Great views, we even saw a rocket launch from the balcony! Very spacious, clean and the main bedroom mattress was very comfortable. The guest beds left our guest looking for extra blankets to pad them with and they even ordered a mattress topper for one of the beds. One of the bedrooms was lacking air circulation, hot. Thank goodness a box fan was supplied. The location could not be better! Walking distance to everything. Brando's Italian Restaurant across the street is a must! Garage parking was a plus.

Location and view excellent. Very close to beach, 5 minute walk on private walkway.
2 underground parking spots. Kitchen well stocked. Needs a new couch for living room, it’s full of spots and a little paint touch up but other than that would absolutely recommend!

The view from the captains chair on the huge balcony is amazing. Loved the location. Could pr use a little maintenence but it didn't affect our stay because the views were so fantastic. We also Loved the beautiful bathtub after a day at the beach.

This is the 2nd time in 4 years that we have stayed at this condo & it ws perfect! The spot is great. Building is nice - last time it was more secure than this time. But all & all a great space.

The condo was spacious, clean, and convenient had easy direct access to the beach. The beach was not crowded and the dining close by was excellent. The easy check in and check out procedure provided a cohesive arrival and departure. We plan to return again next year.

Pros- great location and view, very spacious, small complex with easy access.
Cons - Ice maker not connected, no ice bucket or ice tray, had to go out and buy ice, refrigerator was not working properly when we arrived on Saturday, had to buy ice & ice chest to keep food cold. Called property mgr, was told she would contact maintenance but it would be Monday before someone would come to check it. Never heard from anyone. King bed very firm, almost hard and TV in master had not been programed. Pool is very small.

I could live on that balcony. I enjoyed my third (or was it the fourth?) visit here and it was just as wonderful as every other time. The place is convenient, comfortable, and very well equipped. You'll find yourself waking up very early because you won't want to miss the beautiful sunrises.

Great location. Spacious condo with updated appliances and tons of supplies for guests. Breathtaking view!! Some minor work to be done (prob just a matter of being so close to salt water) and the overall building (not condo) is a little dated. Check in and out could not have been easier. Overall, great place and experience — would love to come again.

The property was exactly as pictured and the balcony and view could never be in a picture as spectacular as it was to experience. It was clean with everything you needed in the kitchen and bedding. The WiFi and cable were all in place. Customer service was fast and friendly, a question asked was quickly addressed. There were many items to be used at the beach and beach towels. One most important thing was we felt safe in the neighborhood and on the property. Stores and restaurants were all in walking distance. We do not have one thing to say about our stay there but thank you for keeping it so nice.

Condo was nice and roomy. Beach and ocean were beautiful even with baby shark that kept showing up. Shark was a big attraction and had every pout of water to take pictures. Swimmers enjoyed looking and shortly after went right back in ocean to play.
