Boardwalk 201- Direct Oceanfront Condo!

Was very excited to book this because it was right on the water, which was absolutely wonderful, the views were amazing. The building itself could use a little updating. Our condo was nice could also use some TLC (dirty vents, showers could use a really good scrub, small stains on carpet) but overall nice. My only major issue was when we arrived there was another couple trying to get into the building, their code did not work, I tried calling the number I was told in my directions and noone answered. Fortunately a delivery guy was dropping off a package and let us in the building.

the experience was nice. The condo was spacious enough for all four of my guests. Manager Cathy was quick with responses for any questions we had regarding the AC or check out instructions. Only down side was the elevator was down when we stayed but can't fault anybody for that. Short drive to tons of restaurants. I would stay here again forsure. Couldn't beat the price either.

Cat is AMAZING!! She went beyond the call of duty to make sure that we had cable in our unit---even getting them to come out on a Saturday to fix it! The view from the deck here is everything I dreamed of!

We couldn't have been more happy with our Boardwalk condo! The location was tremendous - right on the beach and so many things to do. We never drove the car our entire stay! I would highly recommend.

Wonderful location. We saw a satellite launch. Beach great not overcrowded. Lots of restaurants and a art show.

The condo is in a great location and has great views. It needs some TLC where a leak was in the dining area ceiling, base moldings need painting, wall paint chipping, the shower has some mold on the caulk that was flaking and the door to the unit needs attention. In my opinion it hasn’t been updated like advertised. The unit is close to bars and restaurants which we really liked. We would consider staying again even with the unit needing attention.

We had a great week at a beautiful beach. Was a quiet, restful and peaceful place to spend the week. Had great restaurants to go eat to. There was construction next-door, but was not bothersome. Condo in general somewhat outdated, kitchen was clean carpets could use a really good sweeping and cleaning but nothing that hindered the enjoyment of the week. .

We enjoyed the location and condo. The view and convenience was wonderful. We don't want people to know about it though because we want it to be available to us next time.

The unit is on the second floor in the corner. The building is in a busy area, so it is within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and bars. Dollar General, Publix, and Walmart Supercenter are within a short drive for supplies. Because this is a busy area, we heard lots of sirens every day (fire, police, ambulance). Parking is under the building. The garage door remote is in the condo and the spaces are marked with your unit number. There are beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys in your parking spot. Be sure to test them before lugging them out to the beach. There is also a beach chair/umbrella rental business next to the building. Plenty of beach towels in the unit. The construction next door appears to be a new build, not just minor repairs. It is noisy during the day, but it did not bother us. There is a keypad on the door to the unit for easy entry, but everything else requires a physical key (doors into the building, pool, restrooms by the pool, beach boardwalk). There were two keys in the unit. One worked better than the other. Many people had trouble with the lock on the boardwalk gate, including us. There is a lifeguard shack on the beach outside the building, which was nice. Despite the photos, there is no Keurig and no salt and pepper in the unit. It is a drip coffee machine, so don't bring k-cups like I did (I cut them open and poured the grounds into the basket). The kitchen has the bare necessities for cooking. No baking sheet, just a 9x13 glass pan. No travel cups to take out to the beach, so bring your own insulated tumblers. We really appreciated the blender and the washer and dryer in the unit. The condo is clean and beautifully decorated. Management was kind and easy to work with. We had a great week here! We even saw a dolphin swim by!

This condo has perfect ocean views of Cocoa Beach. Convenient to shops bars and restaurants. Private pool. The owner and rental agent were very responsive to all our needs as they arose. Highly recommended.

Location was amazing! Shopping, restaurants and bars all within walking distance. Our purpose was to relax and soak up some sunshine, Cocoa Beach you did not disappoint! Beautiful sunrises and gorgeous evenings on the patio. The condo was a perfect size for us. It was also a well secured facility. We also enjoyed the could have used some more amenities in the kitchen and definitely adult beach towels. We would definitely stay here again.

It was a great stay at this unit its dated but functionable and clean and has everything you need. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

No issues or concerns. The condo and the view were beautiful. We had a daily 2 hour round trip drive for the event we came to Florida for and coming back to condo every day was worth the drive.

We loved at stay here. The view was amazing hoping to go back here.

Loved 201 Boardwalk. Great view, great location, REALLY comfy beds and the unit was decorated with a beachy theme. The owners were super nice and accommodating and we lacked for nothing. EVEN better and underground parking spot to get out of the rain! Perfect spot on the Beach!

The condo was clean and comfortable with a beautiful ocean view, though the new condo construction right next to us certainly detracted from our experience. This was not indicated on the VRBO listing when we booked. I feel the Management company should have been more forthcoming about this; possibly suggesting another property. They also did not clearly explain garage access. The condo door needed repaired or replaced. You had to lift the door slightly to open or close it.

Great condo located in a good area. Restaurants and bars within walking distance. Kennedy Space Center and Port Canaveral are close by and are very interesting and the beach is beautiful. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

View was amazing, although construction next door cranking the crane up at 7 am, all day did not like! Guest bathroom shower has a missing roller on 1 door, did not use, used master. If you don't know, there is water damage in the dining room area on the north wall and ceiling going down the wall (could be problematic in the future). Other than that and the tile dirty, shows up on bare feet bad, it was a relaxing stay.

Direct beachfront views are amazing. The condo is well maintained and clean. Rooms are spacious. Highly recommend this unit.

Great view, great location in downtown Cocoa Beach. Easy walking to nearby restaurants, yet the condo is quiet. The beach view was fantastic. The condo is spacious and comfortable. Overall I had a wonderful stay.

You can't beat the location of this rental. It's incredibly spacious as well! Garage parking is a huge plus.

We loved everything about our stay!! The rental company was very responsive and the condo was great!! We loved our view and the easy access to the beach! We love this complex and can’t wait to go back!!! Thanks for an awesome vacation experience!

Had a wonderful time. On arrival had fresh flowers. Living room and main bed room opened up to patio overlooking the ocean. The condo had a washer and dryer. All necessary kitchen items. Had a spot to park a small car in the basement with garage door opener. Pool was clean. Condo was clean. Look forward to returning in the future.

Great location with beautiful view of beach does earn 5 stats. Interior decorator earns 5 stars! The two yellow recliners in living room were very worn and one needs repair. The guest bathroom needs updating to compete with other 5 star condos. Plus kitchen countertops and stove could be updated as well. Another thing we were surprised to see the two kitchen louver doors which need some TLC. Also the master bedroom TV stand needs to be replace, looks like glue on legs and it is broken. The king bed is worn and needs replacing in master. We both sink into bed! Property managers were great. Steve was very concerned with a few issues we had during our stay and handled them in a prompt manner. Unfortunately this property does not have a smoking area and it was very inconvenient for my husband to leave the property often just to have a cigarette. We are use to the no smoking in rooms when we travel and totally understand but we prefer condo's that allow smoking on the balcony, so unfortunately we will not be returning to Broadway Condo's.

The code for the key box did not work. Contacted the rental company and someone arrived in less than 10 minutes and got us into the building. Otherwise no issues and a pleasant stay.

This Condo had everything. Perfect getaway for two couples, or family getting together. But by far this place was perfect to enjoy the ocean. Its also steps away from a bar and resturant on the beach. However due to Covid we stayed in and cooked in the condos kitchen that had everything needed. Highly recommend.

Had the best week in Cocoa Beach! Loved the location and especially loved being on the beach! very pleased with all the accommodations-would love to return!

We thought the location was great, the condo was more spacious than we expected and well appointed. Everything we needed was there. I loved the very quick walk to the beach. I do agree with what some others have said about the outside of the building not being very appealing. I was pleasantly surprised when we opened the door to our condo and it did not match what I had seen so far. It was really very nice
