Encantada Resort 8576 Townhouse

We are very happy to stay in the house, but the pool was not cleaned and we couldn’t go in to the pool the first week and we contact the owner 3 times.
But when it works the house is perfect.
And we will return to it.

Easy check in, clean home, everything worked well. Mattresses were a little worn out but slept fine. Would definitely stay there again!

Very close to the parks, Publix, target and Walmart. Downsides. The beds need new mattresses, they squeak so loud just turning over. The loveseat is sagging a bit and the tv you could tell what was on. The channels didn’t match.

The rental process was very good. In general, Encantada Resort 8576 Townhouse was in good shape and livable. But, when we arrived at Encantada Resort 8576 Townhouse, Bay Lilly Loop, the pool area had not been cleaned, some of the lounge chairs were broken (I called maintenance they replaced the chair, and they cleaned the pool, but left the sand from previous occupants in the pool. The sink in the main bedroom was clogged and maintenance fixed that after we called, the fan light fixtures had blown bulbs in them, the cookware (pots and pans nonstick) were badly scratched, barely usable.

Stayed here before and really love the place overall. Bedrooms are all upstairs and the living room and kitchen are very roomy. It needs little updates and some maintenance. Several lightbulbs were out, toilet rubber stopper was damaged, so toilet ran constantly, many damaged blinds, one of the tv remotes had no batteries, the tv in the kids room only gets 5 channels, etc. Little stuff that could make this place a 10....but without the maintenance I can only give it a 7. It's further from Disney and traffic is always jammed going to and coming back from. It's gated, quiet and has a private pool. Fix it up a little and it's a definite 10!

The unit itself was very nice and comfortable. However, it took 3 1/2 days of our vacation to get someone out to clean the pool so we could use it. I rented this place so my granddaughter who has cancer could have a private pool to relax in. It was disappointment to her when she could not use it on the day of arrival. The unit is in a great location for getting to stores and attractions. Overall, we had a great time and would consider using this again.

Great stay and very clean, good neighborhood

Really enjoyed quiet dinners and plenty of swimming with my family of six. This house is well located. Has great quality linens and bedding. Also the furniture is comfortable. The property management is very responsive. I called the rep a few times and she responded right away. Just what our family needed during the difficult times of COVID 19.
