Spanish Main 69- Direct Oceanfront Condo!

Cathy was exceptional! Any questions my wife and I had were immediately answered.
Easy check in, met Joe one of the board members and he walked us through some of the history of the community, great location, steps away from the beach, nice pool area and very comfortable unit with a terrific view.
Our thanks for the opportunity to visit and stay as your condo. I would not hesitate to recommend the unit anyone planning a stay in the Cocoa Beach area.

I always get nervous when staying at a new location. This place didn’t let us down. The location is perfect. Ot was super clean. The beach wasn’t crowded and the view from the balcony was awesome. Just sorry we didn’t get to see a launch. We will be back.

View from the room/balcony was amazing. Building overall was well maintained. Very quiet, not crowded on beach or pool. Condo was stocked well. However some bad points include elevator (the one and only) wasn't working and we were on the 4th floor, ac unit in condo was not very cool, shower glass door is about to fall off (huge safety hazard), furniture on balcony was falling apart and pretty nasty. The parking was confusing as we didn't know where to park bc those instructions were not included in our emailed check-in paperwork, but instead located inside the condo in a binder. So we got our garage details after we parked in a grass lot and went into the condo. Overall we had an amazing spring break week in Cocoa Beach. This condo is within walking distance of grocery store, fitness center, bars, parks and restaurants.

We’ve spent 4-7 weeks at Cocoa Beach for the last 7 years. Spanish Main is our favorite place because of the ocean views, the high quality restaurants nearby and being able to watch rocket launches. This particular unit was a very pleasant place to relax. The direct access to the beach is special and makes beach walks a daily treat. The unit was nice with very comfortable furniture in the living room and the bedrooms. Having 2 bathrooms made things much more pleasant also. We will return to Cocoa Beach for an 8th year.

The rental unit was lovely, with a balcony that provided 180 degree oceanfront views. Location was quiet, with uncrowded beaches. Neighborhood had non-touristy businesses, and felt very safe. The unit itself is okay, doesn't need major work, but a little attention to detail could make it stunning. Large items like more comfortable furniture, and small items like newer textiles, more eating utensils, & handyman repair of faucet handles that are too hard to turn on would make this condo so much better. Loved the pool area and the use of the garage. Didn't call management company, although I couldn't turn up the heat when the weather turned cold overnight. (I should have, but I was too busy having fun!)

Really enjoyed the location, great beach walking/sitting, breakfast (Whisk and Grind)and ice cream shop walkable. Very spacious for a couple with 2 bathrooms, shower nozzle in one bath useable but needs to be replaced, balcony furniture also should be replaced. Kitchen countertop needs replacing. King size bed very comfortable, slider door in living room very rusty, hard to open and close. Living area furniture very comfortable. Electrical outlet in dining area very rusty and inoperable. Really appreciated the private garage space.
Overall, a mixed bag, good and bad, but still resulted in a nice stay.

Great place to stay! Walkable to everything needed! When we first got there, the living room had a musty smell, but opening the back door to the veranda for a few hours cleared it up and the rest of the stay was good. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. Pool was heated, but not in sun in afternoon. Walkway to beach was convenient.

Great condo, easy check in, beautiful views from the balcony, seen a launch from the balcony, would recommend this condo for your stay, very clean, great location.

The location was wonderful. The view you was made up for all of the things that were in disrepair and the lack of updated furnishings.

View of the ocean was great, however in the master bedroom you had to choices when it came to watch tv. If you want tv you had no light. If you want light, you had no tv. Only one overloaded outlet. On the other hand in the living room you need it a phd to watch tv. The cable box was a disaster, not to mention the electrical wall plate sparking every time you connected an appliance. Ah forgot, the master bedroom fan was a third world item. A plug to turn on your fan. Blinds on laundry and leaving room missing pieces. Other than that the water pressure was good... with a constant thunder on the guest bedroom which we didn’t use due to the laud noise.

Quiet place but furniture on deck was beyond grimy! Would not touch it. Pool was nice but both kids and adults were always throwing balls, etc so could not enjoy without worrying about getting hit in the head. Elevator broke mid stay.

Rental was clean comfortable and stress free. The booking check in/out process and manager communication was a breeze. Balcony with full ocean view started our days off right.

The property had a amazing view, was in a great location, within walking distance to downtown Cocoa Beach and many restaurants. Property is clean but dated. Vacuum was broke, no cleaning supplies or anything to mop floor if needed and we were not going to invest in a mop.There was a broom. Dishwasher needs to be replaced because it was not working but property manager responded quickly and sent a handyman the next day who was able to override the system so it would temporarily work. Kitchen had all the basic utensils to cook.

Great place to stay. Don’t have any complaints on the facility. Did have a couple issues with the app but wasn’t a big deal.

#69 Is a great beach condo. We had everything we needed for a delightful stay. The balcony and view is very nice! Easy access to the beach. Stairs and an elevator worked well. The condo was perfect for our sister retreat. It needs some updating, but that did not interfere with a wonderful stay! I hope to stay again

We had a wonderful time at this condo. Couldn't ask for a better view of the ocean. Only negative was there was no internet service, due to a faulty router or something, which being without internet, except for what we could get on our phones, should not have an impact on our vacation, except that sadly we did need to get some remote work done in the mornings. I was told the router would be replaced so should be good for the next renters:)

Nice property with private access to the beach. Fantastic ocean view. The condo could use an update in decor. King bed in master did not have appropriate sized sheets on the bed (a full sized sheet was used instead of king sized). Windows from front bedroom overlooking beach were very dirty. Cable tv's not working but the property manager was able to get it fixed while we were there. We appreciated that the condo was fully stocked with beach chairs, umbrella, sand/water toys. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Although the view and location were great, the condition of the cookware was very poor. Even had to buy a large frying pan as the one there was junk. Cooking and eating utensils appeared to have been purchased at a flea market. The one bright spot was the dinnerware, which was nice.
The remote for one bedroom TV was broken, as was the handle on the tub/shower faucet. Reported this to the manager but nothing was done while we were there.
This condo was obviously built a long time ago and the overall condition was mediocre at best.
Now I have to say these issues did not spoil our time there but at this price point I expected better. We have stayed at many rentals over the years that were much better equipped.
I would suggest that the owner review the condition of the condo and what is provided.

Rental experience was super easy and will for sure return to this rental. Only thing that was a little difficult was that the Wi-Fi was not strong which made it difficult to complete some remote work that needed handled

Our trip was amazing, very quiet, very relaxing, and enjoyable. Great location. Te picture on the review doesn't do it justice, unless you add the sound of the ocean. Great to sit on the balcony every morning with a cup of coffee and watch people walk the beach and see the sunrise.

The check-in process was seemless. Condo floors were clean, bathrooms clean but there was alot of dust in airduct vents and furniture was dusty. Unit could use a deepclean.
Everything worked as it should except the garbage disposal.
Beach, pool and views are great. Downtown Cocoa Beach is short walk.
Overall, very nice experience and would stay their again.

How can you go wrong with your condo on the ocean!! Everyday you wake up (from your room) with an ocean view and sunrise! Then you have your coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean! It had everything you needed from towels to stuff for the beach. Clean and nice. Pool was relaxing and clean. Disney is only 1hr away and a super easy drive> Would stay again..

The condo was as pictured. Some furnishings were dated but this was not a problem for us. The check in process was great. We received our code before arriving and was able to go straight to the room. I would recommend a different cleaning company as the floors and rugs were very dirty, dust was stuck behind the headboard on the wall behind the bed and the closet floor was full of sand from beach chairs, floats, etc. Having owned rental properties, I understand how this could happen and everything else appeared clean.

Great location, convenient to shopping and restaurants and easy access to beach. We had everything we needed in the condo (washer,dryer,dishwasher,microwave and kitchen was well stocked. The only downside was there were some things that needed updated. The towels were old and dingy. The throw rugs needed laundered. The cushions on the balcony chairs were old and dirty and needed replaced. Lightbulbs were burnt out in some areas. We had a great time and enjoyed the condo and would return to this property but would appreciate those little updates.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was pretty clean and in good condition. We have stayed here several times, and will be staying again.

An amazing condo with every amenity needed for a quiet beach getaway (or a fun, family vacation). The unit was lovely, very clean and modern. Getting a parking space in a garage was a nice bonus! The key code entry was very handy since I was always dragging stuff from the beach. Great location, too. I only needed my car to hit the grocery store. Great restaurants within walking distance, especially the 4th Street Filling Station, Cocoa Beach Thai & Sushi and Fat Donkey Ice Cream. It's a quieter end of the island than Cape Canaveral. An excellent week of rest and relaxation!

Beautiful condo, exceptionally clean, great location and beachfront balcony and bedroom view to die for! Our host, Lee, was very gracious and helpful when the condo complex had an elevator gliche on the day before our departure...even though it had absolutely nothing to do with her position of managing the condo (not whole complex) that we rented. Best vacation ever!

The condo was very clean and had plenty of space. The washer and dryer in the condo was a huge plus. Great views. Super comfy beds. Easy access to all of the restaurants and local spots. The only downsides were that we were unable to locate the trash shute described in the binder, the fridge would not stay closed, the ice machine in the freezer did not work well. We did not realize there was an elevator until we were checking out. We are hoping to return soon. Thank you.
