Windsor Hills Resort- 2544 Renshaw

We had a brilliant holiday at Windsor Hills. The resort is lovely, really well maintained with a fantastic resort pool and water slides. The villa itself was perfect for our needs as a family of four adults and two children. It was a five minute walk to the pool. And also a five minute walk to a fantastic play park. There was plenty of space for us all and we all slept well because it was lovely and quiet. Having the washer and dryer was handy as we could travel lightly and have more space to take souvenirs home.

There were a couple of negatives with the villa, of which wouldn’t put us off staying again. The main one being that roof works were suddenly sprung on us with no prior communication. This meant we couldn’t use our pool for five days due to it being covered for the works then absolutely filthy. Also the noise of the roof works at 7:30am was not appreciated. Mostly, The villa could simply do with a bit of an update/ care. The banister on the stairs was awful - we're not sure if it was in the process of being stripped back and repainted but was sticky and dirty. The master bed is exceptionally soft. There were wires hanging in the kids bedroom and lounge which could benefit from being tidied/ made safer in some way.

Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would definitely return again.

We had a great stay! The townhouse is spacious and well stocked! We really enjoyed the facilities Windsor Hills has to offer. The manager was prompt at getting back to me when I had to reach out with a question.

The house was spacious and had everything we needed. Loved having the pool right in the back yard. We had an issue with the door lock and they sent someone as soon as they could to repair.

We had an excellent experience at 2544 Renshaw. This is our third time staying in Windsor Hills and second time staying with VCF. The experience and process was excellent and the resort amenities are incredible. The unit was fairly clean and met our expectations. The kitchen could be better equipped, but overall, it was everything we needed for our stay. We would recommend and book this unit again.

3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms was great for 5 adults. We did 9 days of Disney, plus we had 3 runners participating at the Disney Dopey marathon weekend. It was nice to be so close to Disney, but having a nice townhouse to return to, to cook meals, rest and relax.

The townhouse was clean, well designed and everything we needed. Customer service was great and we have been to Windsor Hills about 7 times, rented different properties, most of them from Vacation Florida, and it's always good to return.

We really enjoyed the townhouse layout, private pool and space overall with plenty of amenities. The Disney themed rooms were great for our kids(girl and boy) and the master bedroom was updated, comfortable and quiet. You're located within a short walk to the community pool, slides, grocery and playroom. We would definitely book this again and recommend it to any friends and family!

Let me start off by saying the location is perfect. So many attractions you can go to with your family. This particular home my family and I stayed in had some damage to it, the TV in the kids room did not work the entire stay, even when the host came she couldn't get it to work, but that wasn't the big problem because our host came out and acknowledged those damages where there the same day. The biggest problem was that upon arrival as went to prepare dinner for my family and 2 of the 4 burners was damaged. One was broken and not working and the other had a shortage. So when I used the other 2 burners that was working, the one that had the shortage would come one. VERY DANGEROUS... I reported it and maintenance came out a couple days later only to tell me that there was no way he can repair it and that he has to talk to the owner because a new stove needs to be purchased. That's that, Noone came with a new stove for the remaining 4 days that we was there. That was the worst part of the stay for me, because I spent longer times cooking due to me being able to use only 1 burner and spending unnecessary money on eating at restaurants. I didn't understand why they couldn't have the to replaced. It wasn't like they was gonna be disturbing my family because we was gone from the home half the day everyday. I have no about the other homes in the community, I'm only speaking on this particular home. I would not recommend it for another family. Now if they just needed the house to SLEEP ONLY and nothing else, then yes, by all means stay.

Accommodated our party of 8 nicely. Beds were comfortable. 15 minutes to magic kingdom. Walmart close by for supplies. Private pool great for soaking or little kids. My older kids loved the community pool and water slides.

We stay at Winsor Hill Resort every year and have never been disappointed. Always clean and we have plenty of room. Its so close to Disney that we come and go from the parks several times a day without any problems

We love staying at this location through Vacation Central Florida! The location and accommodations are great. I have recommended a vacation Central Florida to several friends and family.

We have booked our housing through Vacation Central Florida 5 times and each time has been a great experience! We have stayed in 4 different units and each has been nice. Windsor Hills 2544 has been our favorite and we have stayed in this unit twice. I have recommended Vacation Central Florida to many friends and relatives.

Condo needs updating and maintenance but generally served its purpose. Nice clubhouse and its amenities. Near stores nd disney.

We loved our stay, the house was the perfect location and the kids enjoyed having a pool to splash in at the house. There was a glitch with the washer but the host was quick to get it fixed for us, which we appreciated. She even gave us info on one of the theme parks we were visiting for the first time. Wish we could’ve stayed longer-we will stay again in the future!

It was a great place to stay. Everything we needed was provided by the property manager. The townhouse was clean, I wish the private pool that we had didn't have so much black mold around the deck or my kids would have been able to swim more when the park closed while it was raining. Other than that I had a great time and will definitely stay again.

This place was great and very affordable. Perfect location to enjoy days at both the gulf and ocean side beaches! Even with Disney closed there was plenty to do!!!

First off, the location is tip notch. 3 min walk to the main pool, 3 min walk to the playground, and a 3 min drive to Walmart. It's a 5-10 min drive to numerous restaurants and other shopping centers as well. The plunge pool is perfect, on the deck there were numerous chairs to sit in and relax outside. The beds were very comfortable and the washer and dryer are large capacity. There was a stroller provided, an igloo cooler and every utensil and small appliance you could think of including: a coffee maker, blender, juicer, toaster and other things we didn't even know what they did. The only bad thing was the cabinets were peeling, and the TV was hard to figure out, but that's it. Internet was super fast and there were also small toys for our 2 year old to play with. Excellent experience!!
