Windsor Hills Resort- 204B

I have stayed at Windsor Hills several times and this year’s visit will be the last.
The condo was dirty and not cared for-broken glass, dirty bed linens, bugs in the bathroom and kitchen-the list is long.

I have stayed at Windsor hill many times. The condo was exactly as described. The condo was clean. I would recommend that the staff check the channel changers to make sure that the batteries are working. I would recommend this property to others.
We visited Disney and Universal.
Overall, I would give this condo a 4.5 put of 5:

Great unit. It was clean, and very comfortable. It worked perfectly for our family. The kids loved the pool and splash area. They loved the rides!

Clean, inviting, great decorations for the kids. Conveniently located to all areas of disney universal.

Another great stay with Central Florida Vacations, the condo was clean, spacious and well appointed.
The location can't be beat, very central to all restaurants, shops and attractions.
We are never disappointed when we rent through them.

We had a great time. The kids loved the pool and water park. Everything’s was great. Our house was lovely filled with all we need. It was large and plenty of room for our family!!!

We love staying in Windsor Hills. Easy access to Disney and a Walmart nearby for groceries. This property was clean and spacious and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make simple quick meals.

No issues to report. Everything went well. Wish there were more everyday items to make us feel like home. Otherwise, location is perfect. Plan on booking again.

I’ve been staying at Windsor Hills for many years but this was my first time staying in one of the condos. It was much spacier than I thought it would be. Rooms were great sizes as were the bathrooms.
I didn’t hear any noise from the other units during our stay, which was a plus.
There were minor things I would change, such as the shower curtain in the minions restroom. It needs to be replaced. Otherwise it was very clean, which I’m super picky about. I would stay again.

This is our second time renting from this company. The location is super close to Disney, very close to convenient shopping and restaurants (very easy to hit up Walmart for groceries and necessities - go in the morning for less crowd), pool area is great with fun slides for my kiddo, the condo provides plenty of space to spread out and the price point is superb! The company is very responsive to my questions and they sent check in info right on time. The property was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. It was a perfect home base for our trip.

The 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms condo were a great place to stay. The pool area was lovely and we had a great time. Just a few items I think the Property Manager can do which I will contact privately soon, but all in all, very nice and comfortable. I would for sure recommend this place for long-term stays as we did, which was for 18 days. It is a gated property so we felt very safe and comfortable and the amenities were nice to have such as the washer and dryer.

Everything was super clean. All the beds were comfortable and the pools were awesome! I would definitely consider staying there again.

We stayed for a week in this very nice condo, and really enjoyed it. It’s very close to Disney (about as quick to drive there as staying on property), with Walmart right down the street for groceries. It felt modern and updated, and had everything we needed. Beds were comfy, kitchen well-equipped for meals, spacious rooms and huge walk in closets. The resort pool was great too, and had a nice snack bar and convenience store with the basics. I would definitely stay here again!

Our family has been vacationing at Windsor Hills for 14 years. Our 2022 trip was after a 4-year long break based on our children's high school and church commitments. I had hoped Windsor Hills was still operating well and it was just as lovely if not more so. The property was well maintained. The staff was attentive and kept things in order. Our condo was clean and updated with new furniture, granite countertops, and updated decor. Our family played golf, stopped at the hotels via the monorail to see the Christmas decorations, and picked up some gingerbread at the Floridan. We toured Bush Gardens in Tampa and our big excursion was to the Kennedy Space Center in Cocoa Beach. We toured Kennedy for 2 days and drove about an hour from Windsor Hills. We even sat out poolside and read while taking in the sunny rays, as much as we could. We opted to not go into the Walt Disney Parks this year due to the high cost. But we did get to see the new Disney Springs and it was very nice, with the awesome Lego Store and Walt Disney store. Windsor Hills is like a home away from home, with easy access to the highway, theme parks, churches, and grocery stores. Walmart is a 5-minute drive from Windsor Hills and Publix is 10 minutes away or less. I walked the complex in the early morning and it was so pretty with palm trees and flowers. It was also very quiet and spotlessly clean. Loved being at Windsor Hills and hated to leave. Will be back again.

Experience was great !! Any issue we had was dealt with immediately !! Such as , I was chilled one night and there were no extra blankets and the next day there were 2 brand new blankets . One burner on the stove did not work and next day it was working !!

We really enjoyed our stay. The pool was nice and the water park was great for the kids. It was very close to Disney, so that made it great for what we were looking for. Enough beds to sleep 7 comfortably, not including sleeper sofa. Will look to stay again for our next trip.

This condo was in a great location. Our family enjoyed our short stay. Plenty of parking even later in the evening. Very clean.

WOW! The description couldn't be more accurate. We appreciated the upgraded granite, fresh paint. The new master bathroom shower remodel was gorgeous!

We love staying at Windsor Hills! Super close to Disney, Walmart, and Racetrac gas station, all our faves! Condo is a nice size and being a party of 5 we don't feel like we are on top of each other. The condo is also stocked with cooking supplies so we can save money on breakfast by cooking and bringing food to the parks.

Everything was great a few minor flaws with the apt but very minimal and didnt ruin our stay in anyway

The property was as described. The location was within 10 minutes to Disney so super convenient. We would definitely stay with them again!
