Windsor Hills Resort- 402F

Overall it was a great place to stay with childeren. One day i had a visitor and his car was not pre registered so he was not able to pass the security guard. The security guard had called the apartment owner but they could not reached them.

We were in town for a concert at the Kia Center which was only 30 minutes away. We extended our stay and enjoyed time at both Disney Springs and Universal Citiwalk. We used the kitchen almost daily which was convenient. Loved the view of the fireworks!

We had another great stay with VCF. I know I can always rent through them knowing I have a clean, comfortable place to stay. From this room, you can clearly see MK fireworks as well as those from EPCOT (a little less clear through trees) and Universal in the distance. My only downside in this room is that the master bed was very soft. Some people may really like that, but we probably wouldn't do this same unit again because of that if there were other units available to choose from.

Grounds were amazingly well kept. Our condo was super clean and had all you could ask for. The location was amazing. 10 minutes from Disney and super close to a ton of different food options if you wanted something different than what Disney had to offer. Overall, our family enjoyed the trip and would recommend staying here to anyone looking to go to Disney!! Looking forward to planning our next stay!

Great location, easy to get to the parks. Needs some updating, but nothing that can't be lived with for a few days. Great communications with the owner and on-site staff. Wonderful pool and amenities.

This rental was centrally located and very clean. We had a slight hic-up when we arrive, but the hosts were quick to deal with the situation. Do be aware that the two beds in the Marvel room appear to be toddler beds. Also, since there was a sign requesting that the trash be removed every day, it would have been helpful to have extra trash bags available.

Very nice condo. Clean and well maintained. The management was very helpful during our stay. Kara and Ana were very helpful and both are excellent employees. The property is very well maintained and clean. Two small items during our stay that were taken care of within a hour. Very grateful for their support and service. A very nice management company to work with. We will definitely be working with them again.

The condo was clean, inviting and perfect! We had some minor issues which were handled quickly and with no fuss. It was also in a great location to Magic Kingdom!! Would definitely recommend!!

402F is a WONDERFUL unit! This property has all the bells and whistles with upgrades galore. It is a beautiful property and the location is amazing. We have stayed at Windsor at least 4 times and look forward to each visit. This is a small detail but it really makes a different...the towels and sheets are premium quality and that speaks volumes to the owners and their care for the property and their guest. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

My son and I stayed here for 4 nights and was definitely a great experience. It really did feel like home to us. Very clean and had all the essential needed. Every night we would sit on the balcony and watch fireworks from Disney. Oh and we loved the pool area, very big , the water slides were awesome, arcade was fun . Overall if we didn’t have plans on going to Disney and Universal that week, we would’ve had no reason leaving this location as it had everything you needed for a family vacation. Walmart and a variety of restaurants from fast food and sit downs were only 5 min away driving. Will definitely be coming back!!!

Super convenient location, wonderful pool area, great security, good value. The property management was very responsive and helpful with a few issues I had. The linens and towels need updating. The balcony is unusable due to mold.
