Windsor Hills Resort- 7665 Sir Kaufmann

We really enjoyed our stay at Windsor Hills. The townhome was perfect for our party of 5 to have their own space and bed. Staff at clubhouse were wonderful. Only got to use the pool at tue townhouse one but it was nice. Screen does need to be fixed. Community activities were great for my younger child. We all enjoyed the warerpark amd main pool as well. Townhome had plenty of towels amd blankets. It was clean upon arrival and had starter supplies. We would recommend to others for sure!

This townhouse worked well for our four night stay. The booking and prearrival communication/instructions were easy and clear. This is an end unit and in a quieter section of the resort. The splash pool was heated and patio area fenced for safety. We had plenty of space for our three adults and two kids. We loved having the laundry on second floor too. We were able to make our own meals or easily could order out with precise delivery to our house. The grandchildren loved looking for the hidden Disney references throughout the house. All of our needs were met. Thank you for opening your home to us.

This place is wonderful! The location cannot be beat, it is close to all the parks, and there is every restaurant and store that you could need within minutes. It is super clean, and decorated so cute! Plenty of space, it would be ideal for families, will definitely stay again should I visit the area another time. So cool to have your own pool! The grounds are beautiful, it was quite, and well kept.

After staying in Disney resorts for years we decided to try an off property rental following Covid. We had the best experience! So close to parks! Super clean, comfortable, so much space for our family of 5. Any tiny issue was handled immediately. We have stayed twice and will stay again!

This was the perfect place for a long weekend to relax and unwind. Everything we needed. Great complex and enjoyed early morning and late afternoon walks.

So happy I chose this townhouse for our 5 days at WDW parks. We are 2 adults/3 kids (16,13,11) and we loved all the space and amenities this home provided us. After long days at the parks, my boys loved the pool & the XBox, my teen daughter enjoyed her own cute room, and we loved the spacious master bedroom/bath - comfy bed and a super shower! Great tv's, comfy furniture, cute decor and nice in-unit laundry. We had great experiences with Lyft pick-ups and grocery drop-offs - so easy and reasonable! All rental details were well communicated and our questions were immediately answered - super customer service from the owner and local mgt. We're already looking forward to our next stay and highly recommend it to others!

The townhouse was fantastic, very clean, nicely decorated and well-appointed kitchen (pots, pans, utensils). The location is great, and the resort felt very safe and secure. Be prepared to need everyday things like trash bags, dish soap, tp, etc, as they clearly do not leave leftovers from other guests with these things like most rentals we've had over the years. They give you exactly 2 of everything to get you started, but that is it.

The house looks exactly like the photos and it's spacious for our need. The point of contact was very responsive and even went out of the way to provide a mattress for the pack and play which I really appreciate.

We are owners of 8 rentals in the area, but our homes were booked. The rental was clean, which is our #1 priority and the management was very responsive when we had a question.

My family of 6 enjoyed our stay. The townhouse was stocked with all the conviences of home and located so close to all the attractions. The subdivision's amenities are fantastic. We highly recommend it! We will be returning!

We stay at Windsor Hills (Dave Robinson managed) every year. We love the neighborhood and how well the units are always so clean and Disney decorated. We won’t stay anywhere else or rent from anybody else.

Great layout for 3 adult siblings, own bedroom and bath. Should be note about pressing button for door alarm to pool, had to call to resolve. The foilage along driveway is wrong plant in wrong place, takes up 12" of driveway space on each side and driveway is narrow. We had no choice but to step on them to get out of vehicle.

This was the perfect rental, cheaper and so much nicer than a hotel resort. Will absolutely be doing this again in the future. The townhouse was beautiful and exactly what we wanted. The personal pool was one of the best parts for the whole family. The whole experience was great and the process so easy.
