Windsor Hills Resort- 7694 Sir Kaufmann

Our stay was excellent. I only have one complaint. In order to operate the tv in the main living area, you needed a manual just to get a channel. Well, there is no manual. After several attempts we figured it out and then the tv kept glitching and cable was loss. Frustrating when watching football on Thanksgiving. Other than that we had a wonderful stay and everyone enjoyed their stay.

Our second stay at Windsor Hills and it is still wonderful. This was our first time staying at 7694 Sir Kaufmann and the space, the private pool, and the quiet of an end unit made us feel right at home. We loved coming home from Disney and jumping into the pool to cool down. The condo was made with great materials because there were no squeaky stairs or thin walls. we went to the community pool and enjoyed the water park on our down day. With the location being within 15 minutes to Disney, we truly felt like we stayed on property without paying Disney resort price. We will be back soon! It was a great location and comfortable and relaxing. Beautiful property and love having own space and pool.

What a spacious and bright house, we enjoyed it!
Kids were very happy with the pool at the backyard.
As adults, we missed a cosy place to sit outside (especially in the evenings) and the fact that we couldn't leave the door (a bit) open.
Master bedroom is comfortable dark at night, in the Disney kids room a set of curtains would be helpful.

At the end of our stay, the oven stopped during heating and we couldn't get it worked anymore. We send a message to the agent.
Tip: take a look at the washing machine and the dryer, both could use good cleaning!
And the trash bin outside is broken, what causes rain and other things getting in it.
What I missed, or couldn't find: a electric kettle to boil water.

Property management failed.

the house is good. the mattresses are horrible, with holes and old. the sheets in the children's room are rough and warm and are made of polyester. the washing machine was moldy, furniture in the room was dusty.

We’ve stayed here many times and it never disappoints!

It was a decent stay. We were comfortable but it seemed as though the office only answered our calls the first day and that was it. We couldn’t get a hold of anyone to ask some general questions and left a vm but never got a call back. Some of the things need updates especially the little pool area. The floor was even on the siding. The filter area was not cleaned on the second level by the washer and dryer and some of the furniture need a little love to fix up. The bathroom fixtures are loose in the master bedroom and feels like it will fall if you tug up the piece to start the shower. Outside of those little things we had a good time

We have been staying at Windsor Hills thru vacationcentralflorida for over a decade, every year except 2020, it’s our home away from home! This trip was great! Only minor issues, a/c didn’t appear to work on arrival day but with quick call to manager it was fixed while we were away at Disney Springs! The unit it starting to age but I know they are doing updates to other rentals so probably pending it’s own update. I still highly recommend it!

This was a great getaway for my daughters cheer competition. Plenty of room and had everything we needed!

It was clean but the floor around the dining table was a little sticky. The washing machine uses HE detergent. Buy the right kind. We could not figure out how to get local TV. The wifi password on the app was incorrect but was right in the notebook on the coffee table in the living room.

We stayed here so we could visit the Disney parks. The location was great. Our townhome had a private pool which we paid for it to be heated and it didn’t seem very heated. We contacted their costumer service and she said it was turned on and that it was only heated to 82 degrees. I guess I didn’t realize that was still cool since other heated pools we’ve been in were close to bath water temperature. The house was great, loved that the kids bedroom had a bed with rails for my 2 year old. Some items that would have made our visit better would have been better pillows (they were all flat), sharp kitchen knives...I couldn’t even slice an apple with any they had, and some cooking essentials like cooking spray or aluminum foil would have been nice. We also saw a roach in the upstairs kids bedroom the day we checked out.

I loved this place

Due to a last minute change in vacation plans we booked 7694 Sunset View Townhouse in Windsor Hills a week before going to Florida. The process to book, the emails that followed and the app were so easy to use and very informative.

Many years ago we stayed in Windsor Hills so we knew the area was close to Disney and close to everything you would need for a stay. We went to the Walmart that was very close to Windsor Hills and could shop for everything we need. However there is a Target and Publix close by as well.

The property was exactly as pictured and described and worked out so well for our trip. The touwnhouse was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The best feature was the pool area. Since it was an end unit, it was nice to have a screen facing the open area instead of a yellow wall. It made the space feel so much bigger. It was also nice to have the pool after hot days at the theme parks.

We did have one issue and had to put in a maintenance request and the property management company fixed very quickly. I was very impressed with the ease to submit the request and the speed in which it was resolved.

I will be booking future stays with these owners as they have multiple options from townhomes to houses in Windsor Hills.

We also enjoyed the resort pool one day and would recommend spending some time there as well.

This was our 8th stay at Windsor Hills and our 4th in the Sunset End Townhouse- our favorite townhouse! Spacious accommodations and somewhat secluded. The pool lanai is opened on two sides (screens) making it feel larger and pretty view of green space. We had a family of Sand Cranes in the field next to the TH and once it rained a flock of Roseate Spoonbill showed up! We love the Windsor Hill resort feel and it’s very safe. Convenient to the Disney parks and area shops and restaurants.

Excellent experience as usual at Windsor Hills. Condo was well appointed and clean. I regret not having the plunge pool heated for our stay.

Our family of three (one child) spend the month of February here and it was a great getaway. We absolutely loved being able to have our coffee out by the pool in the morning and that our son could easily swim ten times a day (he’s 7 and well it’s easier to not have to pack up to the big pool each time) when ever he wanted to.

We totally enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and nice. Only problem was the beds were a little hard for our liking. Other than that it was excellent. I have already recommended the property to friends of ours

Wonderful location very close to the Disney Parks! The resort is very nice, pools are great, very secure, friendly staff, home was clean and cool...overall this was the best stay we’ve had on a Disney vacation off of Disney property. I would love to stay here again.
